Postural stabilization effect of neck pillow during short-term rest in sitting position in an office chair with medium-height backrest

This study aims to confirm the effects of a neck pillow on postural stability head and variance center mass in sitting position. Experiments were conducted keeping posture at rest with without use two types pillows; wrap front pillow. During experiments, whole body was recorded by motion capture system. Differences head-and-neck resting position statistically compared among conditions. As result, it confirmed that increases reduces variation mass.
